School council open house and the HDSB Parent Involvement Committee
Zena met families at a White Oaks Secondary School open house and attended the year’s first HDSB Parent Involvement Committee meeting.
“It was absolutely wonderful meeting so many parents, guardians, and families at our informal open house. Thank you to everyone who took a moment to chat, ask questions, or just say hello! As your School Council Chair, my goal is to ensure every family has a voice and feels connected to our school community. Events like these remind us how vibrant and supportive our school community truly is.” — Zena Al-Mudaris
“It is my pleasure to represent Oakville Secondary School Parents in the HDSB Parent Involvement committee this school year. Tonight was our first meeting for this school year.” — Zena Al-Mudaris
The HDSB Parent Involvement Committee meeting can be watched on the board’s YouTube channel.
